Pricing you can actually compare

Quoting software hides the real price behind sales calls and tiers. TradeQuote fixes the first pain of quoting for small contractors with one published plan and clear, itemised quotes.

Why contractor pricing is hard to compare

Before a small contractor can learn what a quoting tool costs, they are often pushed into a sales call, shown shifting tiers, and handed a quote that changes at renewal. The price is hidden on purpose, because the comparison would not flatter it. The same fog then creeps into the quotes a contractor sends out, where labour, materials, and markup are bundled into a single number the client cannot read.

How we are addressing it

We are handling this by simplifying and stripping away the unnecessary components, focusing only on one published plan and quotes that lay out every line item clearly.

TradeQuote publishes its price up front, with no sales call required to see it. The same clarity carries into the product: each quote breaks down labour, materials, tax, and markup line by line, so the client can read exactly what they are paying for. A polished proposal, a signature, and a deposit request all sit on the same clear foundation.

What we are leaving out, on purpose

We are building TradeQuote as one small, focused application. There is no full construction-management platform to buy, no project machinery to fund, and no tier that gates the basic ability to send a strong estimate. The quote builder, templates, status tracking, signatures, deposits, and a win-rate view are the whole product.

Pricing and what comes next

TradeQuote launches in Q4 2026 at $79 per month, or $790 per year, with the price published and no renewal surprise. Join the launch list for your first month free, then stay monthly or pay for ten months and use the product for twelve.
